50% of VAT Paid by Livestock and Poultry Farms to Be Refunded

From April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2028, a system will be introduced to refund 50% of the VAT paid by livestock and poultry farms to the state budget by the 25th of each month.
A presidential decree No. PQ-34 "On Additional Measures to Support Livestock and Poultry Farming and Create High Added Value in the Industry" has been adopted. According to the decree, the following have been approved:
Forecast indicators for meat and milk production in 2025;
Forecast indicators for poultry meat and egg production in 2025;
Indicators for ensuring employment based on the poultry farming cooperation system in 2025;
Forecast indicators for poultry product exports in 2025.
From April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2028, a system will be introduced to refund 50% of the VAT paid by livestock and poultry farms to the state budget by the 25th of each month.
As part of the "Poultry Farming – Earning Income" project, employment for 1 million people will be ensured in the poultry farming sector based on a cooperative system for meat and egg production.
The duration of tax incentives for breeding enterprises, which allow them to pay profit tax, property tax, land tax, and water resource usage tax at a 50% reduced rate, has been extended until January 1, 2028.
