The procedure for returning social taxes to entrepreneurs with young employees has been extended

In accordance with the decree of the President of Uzbekistan signed on April 26, from May 1 of this year to January 1, 2025, employers will again receive a refund of social tax when hiring employees under the age of 25.
All employers can take advantage of this benefit: budget organizations, state-owned enterprises, legal entities with a state share in the authorized fund (capital) of 50 percent or more, with the exception of social tax payers at the rate of 1 percent.
At the same time, the amount of social tax is reimbursed from the seventh month, provided that young workers will carry out continuous work for six months.
For reference, this benefit was introduced on May 1, 2021 and was valid until January 1, 2023.
