New opportunities for the development of production and industrial cooperation

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, heads of delegations from Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, heads of regional administrations, heads of large companies and financial institutions of the countries participating in the exhibition.

Opening the event, the heads of delegations read out the appeals of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the President of the Russian Federation to the participants of the event.

In the address of the Head of our state, it was emphasized that the exhibition is a good platform for establishing deep economic ties between countries.

The address of the President of the Russian Federation was read out by the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. The rich natural resources, colossal human potential, as well as the high dynamics of regional processes and economic cooperation in Central Asia are noted.

During the plenary session, a question and answer session was held, during which the speakers noted the priority measures taken to ensure the accelerated economic growth of Uzbekistan, including the reorientation and updating of training programs, the development of a knowledge-intensive economy, the modernization of existing enterprises to improve human capital and ensure technological renewal and digitalization.

After the ceremony, the heads of delegations walked around the exhibition, during which the largest manufacturers of a number of participating countries were able to present their products, share plans for the development of production and the implementation of new joint projects.
