In connection with the Independence Day, Uzbeks rest for 3 days in a row. In this regard, it is expected that classes will begin on September 4th.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 23, 2022 No. PF-270 "On the establishment of additional non-working days and the transfer of days off during the celebration of official dates in 2023", in connection with Independence Day, Uzbeks rest 3 days in a row.
This weekend includes the first 3 days of September:
September 1 - Friday (non-working holiday);
September 2-Saturday (an additional day off for employees with a six-day working week);
September 3 - Sunday (day off).
In this regard, educational processes in educational institutions begin on September 4.
