Certain Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities to Be Exempt from State Duty Payment
Additions and amendments to the Law "On State Duty" were introduced through Law No. 1018, signed by the President.

According to the amendment, if the location (postal address) of entrepreneurs and other legal entities changes due to the creation or liquidation of administrative-territorial units, changes in their boundaries, or subordination, they will be exempt from paying the state duty for re-registration.

Additionally, amendments were introduced exempting policyholders from paying state duties on claims arising from mandatory insurance contracts.

Specifically, policyholders (insured persons, beneficiaries, victims) will be exempt from paying state duties on claims arising from mandatory insurance contracts when filing lawsuits in civil courts and economic courts.
