Almost simultaneously in Ulytau, Zhetysu, Atyrau, Akmola and Turkestan regions were born three boys and two girls. It is noted that over the past five years the country's population has grown by 8.8%.

All 20-millionth citizens of Kazakhstan will receive birth certificates of a special pattern and housing certificates worth 2 million tenge ($4,300) each.

"We give them a gift certificate with a nominal value of 2 million tenge each. This certificate is not just a gift, it is a ticket to a bright future. These funds will be the first step towards buying their own homes. Parents of these children should come to the bank branch in their city and present their ID card and child's birth certificate via video banking. It takes three months," said Lyazzat Ibragimova, Chairman of the Board of Otbasy Bank JSC.
