Ilham Aliyev informed Volodymyr Zelensky that a new ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine has been appointed, who will soon start working. On June 1, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova.
The sides exchanged views on bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine, noted the visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Ukraine in January 2022 and the discussions held during it. Satisfaction was expressed that bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine are developing.
