Uzpromstroybank Wins Three Prestigious "Euromoney" Awards

On July 18, at the "Euromoney" international magazine's "Banking and Finance Sector - 2024" awards ceremony held in London, Uzpromstroybank was honored with three prestigious awards.
Uzpromstroybank was recognized as the Best Bank in Uzbekistan, the Best Bank in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) directions, and the Best Corporate Bank in Uzbekistan.
"Euromoney" analysts highlighted that Uzpromstroybank's transformation over the past five years has significantly improved its performance. The bank's new business model focuses on developing small and medium-sized business segments, creating new products, developing the "Joyda" marketplace, and digitizing all processes.
For corporate clients, the bank has introduced a new mechanism aimed at expanding services, with a separate structural unit providing each corporate client with a personal manager, ensuring constant direct communication.
During the ceremony, it was emphasized that the bank strictly adheres to ESG principles, expanding financing for ESG projects and increasing its contribution to the social, environmental, and corporate stability of the country. The bank's green loan portfolio reached $580 million, growing by 79% in 2023. Last year, Uzpromstroybank also issued Uzbekistan's first-ever green eurobonds.
