Negotiations between the executive director of the company, Mahmoud El-Essawi, and the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, focused on possible joint projects in key industries.

On August 28, the Executive Director of the Egyptian corporation Hassan Allam Holding, Mahmoud El-Essawi, held important negotiations with the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov. The prospect of cooperation and attraction of investments for the joint implementation of projects in key sectors of the country's economy was discussed.

Hassan Allam Holding, founded in 1936, is one of the leading financial and industrial corporations in Egypt. In the past five years, the company has successfully completed 70 projects in the Middle East and Africa. Its assets amount to $8 billion, and the number of employees exceeds 45 thousand. The company is included in the top 100 best Arab family businesses according to Forbes.

According to sources, the Egyptian side appreciated the positive changes that have taken place in Uzbekistan in recent years and is ready to support the implementation of joint projects. In particular, the prospects for cooperation in energy, water supply, as well as the production of metal and chemical products were discussed.

The meeting resulted in an agreement on signing a joint "road map" for investment projects and it is planned to organize a visit of the company's general director to Uzbekistan to begin the practical implementation of the agreements.
