Engineering Schools Will Be Established

Engineering schools will be established at the 1st Polytechnic College in Jizzakh Region and the Ohangaron City Polytechnic College in Tashkent Region.
According to the resolution, enterprises in the electrical engineering industry that have introduced high-tech production will be granted the following tax incentives for up to three years from the commissioning date of the high-tech production facility:
application of a zero-percent corporate income tax rate;
exemption from property tax.
To implement investment projects in the electrical engineering sector, electrical engineering enterprises will be allowed to make installment payments over up to 10 years for real estate properties of state-owned or state-affiliated enterprises purchased through public auctions.
From 2025 to 2027, enterprises under the "UzElTechSanoat" association will be allowed to attract resources through the placement of short-term (up to 1 year) and medium-term (up to 5 years) bonds on the domestic capital market, as well as the issuance of Eurobonds by two sector enterprises on international capital markets.
A new financing line, "Eltechexport," will be introduced to further accelerate the export of electrical engineering products.
