Flights from Tashkent to Munich opened

Uzbekistan Airways has launched direct flights on the route Tashkent-Munich-Tashkent from 29 October.
Flights on the route are carried out twice a week - on Fridays and Sundays.
It was noted that the establishment of direct air service between major cities of Uzbekistan and Germany will further intensify the dialogue between the two countries in all directions and develop multifaceted cooperation.
As part of the official opening ceremony, the Consul General of Uzbekistan Olimjon Abdullayev held talks with Ulrich Theiss, Vice President of Munich Airport. An agreement was reached to improve the quality of airlines' passenger service and create appropriate conditions.
It is reported that since 1993, flights from Tashkent to Frankfurt am Main have been regularly operated on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
