A statement released following a meeting between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, Chief of the General Staff Eyal Zamir, and Mossad Intelligence Director David Barnea emphasized: "Israel has achieved all its goals during its attacks on Iran."

According to the Prime Minister's office, Tel Aviv "eliminated a double threat - Iran's nuclear and missile programs." In this regard, Israel accepted the ceasefire agreement proposed by the US. At the same time, Israeli authorities warned that any violation of the ceasefire regime would be met with a "strong response."

Some Iranian media outlets also reported the start of the ceasefire, but no official confirmation has yet been received from Tehran.

On the morning of June 24, US President Donald Trump announced the entry into force of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, urging both sides to strictly adhere to its terms.

Earlier, the Israeli Prime Minister instructed cabinet members to refrain from publicly commenting on the current situation. This order was given after a government meeting, Israeli media reports.
