Israel expands Gaza ground offensive

Israel announced that it has further expanded its ground aggression in the Gaza Strip. This was announced by Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari.
He said Israeli troops are entering the southern part of the Palestinian enclave near the town of Khan Yunis.
Daniel Hagari said that Israeli forces “keep expanding the ground operation to tackle Hamas strongholds all across the Gaza Strip.”
He added that intensive air support is being used to assist ground forces advancing in urban areas.
According to Hagari, the Israeli army also continues to carry out ground and air strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.
