Japan to allocate 4.5bn dollars to Ukraine
The Japanese government will provide Ukraine with 4.5bn dollars in aid directly and through the World Bank. According to the Japanese Foreign Ministry, this was announced by the country's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida during online talks with G7 leaders.

Kishida noted that Japan had decided to provide additional assistance in the amount of 1 billion dollars, including aid for recovery and reconstruction, as well as humanitarian aid. Overall, Japan is ready to allocate a total of 4.5 billion dollars to support Ukraine.

In addition, the Japanese prime minister reiterated his readiness to continue helping Kiev and maintaining sanctions against Moscow.
