In January-June 2023, China ranked first among countries with a high share of Uzbek imports. According to the statistics agency, $4.2 billion worth of goods were purchased from China.

Russia (3.1 billion) and Kazakhstan (1.5 billion), respectively, took the second and third places in the ranking of the Top 10 countries by imports of Uzbekistan, compiled by the agency.

This figure in the context of other states looked as follows:

Korea - 1.0 billion;
Germany - 892 million;
Türkiye - 875 million;
Turkmenistan - 358 million;
Brazil - 333 million;
Lithuania-290 million;
India - 253 million US dollars.

For reference, in January-June 2023, the largest volume of Uzbekistan's exports was recorded with Russia - 1.3 billion. China and Kazakhstan follow, exporting products worth $1 billion and $699.3, respectively.
