Mass protest against Trump's migration policy

Thousands of protesters took to the streets of major cities in the United States, blocking highways and demanding immigration reforms.
On Sunday, February 2, a large-scale protest against the tightening of the Trump administration's migration policy took place in Los Angeles. Thousands of people filled the streets, carrying flags of Latin American countries and posters with slogans: "We are not criminals" and "The real criminal is in the White House."
The march began on Olver Street and ended at the city hall, but protesters blocked traffic on Highway 101 causing massive traffic jams. Despite this, the California police did not make any arrests, limiting themselves to warnings.
Similar demonstrations took place in other cities, including New York and Dallas, where hundreds of people protested against recent arrests by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE). Activists demand reforms and emphasize the importance of immigrants in the country's economy.
Politicians reacted ambiguously to the protests: Republicans proposed stricter punishments for blocking roads, and human rights activists announced new actions, including "Day without immigrants," to draw attention to the problem.
