Entrepreneur Ilon Musk's neurotechnology company Neuralink implanted the first implant into a human brain on 28 January.

"The first human received an implant from @Neuralink yesterday and is recovering well," Musk wrote in X.

According to initial data, the performance of the device looks promising.

The entrepreneur added that Neuralink's first product is called Telepathy. It will allow a person to control their phone and computer with their mind.

"Initial users will be those who have lost the use of their limbs," Musk noted.

"Imagine if Stephen Hawking could communicate faster than a speed typist or auctioneer," he continued. That is the goal," the billionaire explained.
