Over 250 People Killed by Floods in Vietnam

At least 254 people have died, and 82 are missing following severe floods in northern Vietnam. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development confirmed these figures.
In 26 provinces and cities, more than 204,000 homes and buildings have been flooded or destroyed. Power and communication lines have been damaged, and over 263,000 hectares of farmland have been devastated by the floods.
