This morning, 29 November, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Uzbek leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This is reported on the website of the Kremlin.
It is noted that during the conversation they discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation, including the continued implementation of agreements reached during the recent visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Moscow.
Recall that Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Russian Federation on 5 October. During the visit, the two leaders discussed issues of further strengthening Uzbek-Russian relations and developing multilateral cooperation, primarily in political, trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
