Risk Management Committees to be Established from the New Year

Starting January 1, 2025, "Risk Management" committees will be established on a collegial basis under the leadership of the first heads of local administrations, ministries, agencies, and large organizations. This is stated in the Presidential Decree "On additional measures to strengthen financial control over the use of budgetary funds."
From 2025, information about funds allocated to regions from the state budget and state target funds will be submitted to the relevant Councils of People’s Deputies.
Furthermore, a system of inquiries and oversight by local Councils of People’s Deputies regarding funds allocated to regions from the state budget and state target funds will be implemented.
Information on the results of quarterly oversight activities conducted by the Accounting Chamber will be discussed at Government meetings.
From January 1, 2025, to prevent financial and other risks, "Risk Management" committees will be established on a collegial basis under the leadership of the first heads of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city administrations, ministries, agencies, and large organizations where the state holds 50% or more in the charter fund (capital).
