Rovshan Najaf has been elected as the new president of AFFA (Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan). This was reported by the Trend news agency.
The elections for the new head of the federation took place today in Baku.
Rovshan Najaf, the President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), was the sole candidate for the position of AFFA leader.
He replaced Rovnag Abdullayev in this role.
