Russia is developing a new ten-year state arms programme
"A new state arms programme for the period from 2025 to 2034 is now being formed," the first deputy prime minister said.

Manturov added that the current state arms programme will be completed by next year.

Last October, he announced that the new document will have a separate section dedicated to research in the field of artificial intelligence. According to him, the increased attention to AI technologies is justified by the new realities of combat.
