According to the quarterly results, the average proposed salary reached 6.37 million sums, which is 16% higher than last year.
The highest salary offers are seen in the field of upper and middle management, with an average of 14.59 million sums. IT specialists occupy the second position with offers of 11.55 million sums, although their average salary decreased by 13% over the past year.
The top five also includes the automotive sector (11.05 million sums), consulting (10.91 million sums), and the real estate market (10.43 million sums). The lowest salaries are found in security services (4.56 million sums), domestic services (4.82 million sums), and the hospitality and restaurant business (4.96 million sums).
Meanwhile, salaries for domestic staff have increased by 19%. A similar growth of 19% has been noted in procurement, where the average salary reached 9.43 million sums, while in education it rose by 18% (to 7.78 million sums).
The most significant salary declines occurred in insurance (-20%) and raw materials extraction (-18%).
Over 90% of the job vacancies published are still concentrated in Tashkent. At the same time, the number of job offers in Namangan has increased by 1.5 times, and in Andijan by 44%. Significant growth was also observed in Chirchik (+37%), Navoi, and Fergana (+36%).
