Implementation of a new system to increase youth interest in professions related to physics, chemistry, biology, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
From the new academic year, the "International Baccalaureate" and "A-level" programs will be experimentally introduced in 73 academic lyceums at universities. Students who receive certificates from these programs will be admitted to universities without exams based on contracts.
Young people engaged in the IT sector will be granted the status of IT park residents.
They will be exempt from all taxes for three years.
The IT park will issue them a "social card" for access to medical, sports, and office services similar to those provided in IT companies.
A special program will be implemented to attract young people to this sector.
