If a plot remains unsold at auction, its price will decrease by 10% daily in subsequent sales. Even if only one participant takes part in the repeated auction, they will be declared the winner. Between 10% and 20% of agricultural land will be allocated for growing livestock feed. Currently, the activities of over 93,000 farmers are assessed based on an entrepreneurial rating. This rating will now be divided into separate criteria, such as productivity, number of workers, and product volume. Farmers with high ratings will no longer be required to insure against the risk of loan default. Land tax will be reduced by three times, and membership fees for the Farmers&rsquo; Council will be halved. Farmers who produce yields above the norm will be allowed to rotate crops on 25% of their land, growing fodder, vegetables, legumes, and other plants. Starting this year, 208 districts and cities have established internal road maintenance units within their municipal beautification departments. A budget of 700 billion UZS has been allocated to purchase five types of specialized equipment.
