During his visit to Namangan region, 17 projects worth $2 billion 300 million were presented to Shavkat Mirziyoyev today.
In general, 47 projects totalling $4 billion have been formed in Namangan region.
Investors include companies from Russia, China, Türkiye, UAE, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Iran, Pakistan and other countries. The projects cover such sectors as construction materials, electrical engineering, chemical, textile and food industries, pharmaceuticals, medicine, mining, fish farming and others.
More than 40,000 jobs are expected to be created as a result of the implementation of 47 projects.
