Uzbek forward Eldor Shomurodov has once again been in the spotlight, saving Roma from defeat in a crucial match against Juventus. The Serie A 31st round match, held in Rome, ended in a 1-1 draw.

The first half went to the Turin side - Manuel Locatelli scored in the 40th minute. After the break, Roma's head coach Claudio Ranieri intensified the attack, putting Shomurodov on the pitch. And this decision quickly yielded results: just three minutes later, in the 49th minute, the Uzbekistan national team forward equalized the score.

Following the meeting, Eldor received high ratings from statistical portals: 7.2 from Sofascore, 7.3 from Fotmob, and 7.4 from Flashscore.

In an interview with the DAZN channel after the match, Shomurodov noted:
"Before coming on, the coach asked me to help Dovbik. We started the second half well, we had a chance to win. I'm happy with the goal, but of course, I wanted to score a double."

Currently, Roma sits in seventh place in the league table with 53 points. In the next round, April 13th, the team faces a derby with Lazio.
