The Football Association of Uzbekistan was exempted from a number of taxes

The Football Association of Uzbekistan will be exempted from paying all types of taxes (except social tax) until 1 January 2026.
According to the law signed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on July 18 of this year, Article 483 of the Tax Code has been added. This is reported by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the document, until 1 January 2026, the Football Association of Uzbekistan, its regional branches, the public association "Uzbek Professional Football League", the Centre of Football Referees of Uzbekistan and professional football clubs will be exempted from paying the following taxes:
All types of taxes (except social tax);
Income tax on individuals paid from the income of foreign professionals and players engaged by them;
Sports equipment, broadcasting equipment, pharmaceuticals, sports food, football (mini-football) fields imported into Uzbekistan, VAT on artificial grass, Shock pads, pellets, special glues and special professional sports clothing, vehicles, including special vehicles.
The Law will come into force from the day of its official publication.
