Within the framework of the discussion at the meeting, the activities of the Presidential Administration's Control Inspection were sharply criticized. The Head of State noted that the structure does not justify the powers entrusted to it and does not fulfill its main function - monitoring the quality of execution of instructions and responding to systemic failures.

"The Control Inspectorate has been given broad powers. But why doesn't it make proposals to punish the perpetrators, why doesn't it study the issues deeply, but simply conveys what the ministries have provided it to it," the President said.

Due to the identified shortcomings, a decision was made to dissolve the Control Inspectorate starting today. As Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced, a completely new system for working with citizens' appeals and monitoring the execution of instructions will be built in place of the old approach.

Now, the main responsibility for enforcement discipline and assessing the effectiveness of decisions will be assigned to the Accounts Chamber. Its powers will be significantly expanded.

"The Chairman of the Accounts Chamber will submit monthly analyses of the effectiveness of each decision to the President, identifying weak links, ineffective systems, and managers who are failing to cope with their duties," the head of state emphasized.
