The President Reviewed Construction Projects

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed a presentation of construction projects in various sectors.
The head of state was presented with a design for a majestic monument to the outstanding statesman, military leader, and poet Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur as part of an architectural complex being built in the city of Babur in the Andijan region.
To perpetuate the memory of our great ancestor and convey to the younger generation his rich scientific and literary legacy, ideas of statehood, and invaluable contribution to world civilization, special attention is being paid to the monument's unique content and artistic design.
The President was presented with sketches of the future monument, its compositional concepts, and scientific and artistic approaches to creating Babur's image. As noted, the image of this great historical figure is formed through an in-depth study of numerous historical sources, manuscripts, miniatures, and cultural heritage samples, as well as the results of research conducted by Russian scholars in collaboration with their foreign colleagues.
Furthermore, during the state visit of the President of our country to Pakistan, a park in Islamabad was named in honor of Zahir al-Din Muhammad Babur. A plan to erect a monument to this great ancestor in this park was also considered.
The head of state emphasized that when creating monuments, it is necessary to fully reveal the image of Zahir al-Din Muhammad Babur not only as a great writer and poet, but also as a talented military leader, the founder of a powerful state, and a wise ruler. It was noted that his will, statecraft, lofty spirituality, and creative ideas should be clearly reflected in the overall artistic appearance of the monument.
The President of our country was also provided with information on projects under development to improve the facilities of the Abu Rayhan Beruni International Boarding School, develop tourism and transport infrastructure in Bukhara, and modernize community centers in the districts.
The head of state gave instructions for further refinement of the projects and their thorough preparation based on best practices.
