The procedure for the provision of public services with on-site visits has been determined

For the provision of public services on site or for applying for public services, a one-time fee is charged in the amount of 50 percent of the BDV- in the city of Tashkent, 40 percent of the BDV - in regional centers, 30 percent of the BDV - in district (city) centers.
On August 31, the Government Decree approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services with on-site visits. This was reported by the Ministry of Justice.
It is noted that public services are provided by contacting the contact center of the Ministry of Justice (call center) or its official website. Questionnaires through the call center are accepted during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00. You can apply at any time of the day through the official website. The time for the provision of public services is established within the working hours of public service centers (authorized body).
The responsible call center employee fills out the questionnaire on behalf of the applicant and sends the payment invoice to the applicant after confirming the information contained in the questionnaire.
Then the responsible employee contacts the applicant by phone, travels to the place specified in the questionnaire, and using special technical devices (typewriter built into a tablet or computer, printer, etc.) provides a public service or sends an application for public services (within the time specified in the questionnaire).

For elderly people in need of assistance, persons with disabilities of independent movement due to health reasons and disabled people of groups I and II, payment for the provision of public services is not charged.

For registration of an identity card of a citizen of Uzbekistan, a foreign citizen and a stateless person permanently residing in Uzbekistan, as well as a biometric passport for traveling abroad;
to the provision of public services for the issuance of a personal identification number of an individual.
The provision of public services on the ground will be carried out from October 1, 2023.
