Due to the minimum level of danger to the life and travel of citizens in Uzbekistan, it was deemed worthy of the first place in the analyzes of the "Safety Perceptions Index". This index included factors such as food and water, violent crime, adverse weather conditions, mental health and safety at work.

The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Norway and Estonia are in the top five safest countries after Uzbekistan.

Among the Central Asian countries, Kazakhstan was ranked 14th, Tajikistan 17th, and Kyrgyzstan 26th. Guinea, Sierra Leone and Mali occupy the lowest part of the rating.
