The US Embassy appealed to citizens who want to get a visa
World
Beginning on February 13, 2024, the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent will require all non-immigrant visa applicants to present the same DS-160 application form during the visa interview as was used to book the appointment. This is stated in the embassy's statement.
It is noted that applicants appearing for interviews with a different DS-160 confirmation page will be turned away and directed to schedule a new appointment.
"If the application used to book your appointment was incomplete or contains significant inaccuracies, you should fill out a new DS-160 application form and make a new appointment with your new barcode number. If you need to make only minor updates to your visa application, you may attend your interview without filling out a new application and rebooking. Our staff can assist you with minor corrections to your application," the statement said.
