Uzbekistan and the UAE have agreed on the joint implementation of energy projects in Bukhara, Navoi regions and Karakalpakstan.
AMEA Power (UAE) intends to invest in the construction of wind and solar power plants in Uzbekistan. This is reported by the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade.
It is noted that the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov met with the head of the AMEA Power company Hussein al-Novais. An agreement was reached on the joint implementation of projects in the field of energy in the Bukhara, Navoi regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
For your information, founded in 2016, AMEA Power is one of the fastest growing renewable energy companies in the region. It implements projects in 20 countries with a total capacity of more than 6 GW.
