Ukraine started to build a factory for the production of Bayraktar drones

Turkish company Baykar has started construction of a drone manufacturing plant in Ukraine. The enterprise will produce Bayraktar drones of TV2 or TV3 models.
The company's head Haluk Bayraktar told Reuters during an arms exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
According to him, the plant is being built near Kiev.
"We need about 12 months to complete the construction. Then we will move on to the internal equipment, equipment and organizational structure. The plant in Ukraine is big, we plan to employ about 500 people," he said.
Haluk Bayraktar emphasised that the new plant will be able to produce about 120 units of TB2 or TB3 units per year.
