The memorandum, signed by Transport Minister Ilkhom Makhkamov and JETEX founder Adel Mardini, lays the foundation for promising projects in Uzbekistan’s civil aviation sector.

JETEX plans to implement an investment project at the “Tashkent-East” airport to provide VIP and CIP client services through public-private partnership in an FBO format.

The project will introduce services for small aviation, including aircraft repair, sales, and storage, as well as air taxis and VIP taxis. This will positively impact tourism development and create convenience for VIP clients.

The successful implementation of this project, offering high-quality passenger services, will enhance the prestige and attractiveness of the capital city.

The initiative will also create more than 200 highly skilled jobs in the business aviation sector. Leveraging JETEX’s experience ensures the reliable and sustainable development of business aviation in the country.

About JETEX: Established in 2005, JETEX operates a global network of 30 business hubs across five continents. The company provides 24/7 services at over 50 locations worldwide, including the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

What is FBO? A Fixed Base Operator (FBO) offers a comprehensive range of services at airports, such as refueling, parking, maintenance, aircraft leasing, and charter sales.
