Uzbek Scientists Win First Place at an International Conference

The "TMS Annual Meeting-2025" world conference was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Over 4,000 scientists from leading organizations, companies, and educational institutions in aerospace, mechanical engineering, and advanced materials participated in the event.
At the conference, the Uzbek team presented a scientific study titled: "A Deep Analysis of the Effect of Different Annealing Durations on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High-Entropy Alloys."
The research was highly praised by the international jury for offering solutions to pressing challenges in modern materials science and was awarded first place.
For reference: Dr. Elyorjon Jumayev, a professor and Doctor of Technical Sciences, presented his scientific discovery at the event. He is a young Uzbek scientist who has contributed to projects at Hyundai Motors, Samsung, NASA, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has discovered over 350 new types of materials, holds more than seven international patents, and has published over 16 scientific articles in leading global journals.
