Uzbekistan Airports' share in Silk Avia transferred to Uzbekistan Helicopters

In accordance with the President's decision, 100% of Uzbekistan Airports' share in the authorised capital of Silk Avia LLC will be transferred to the authorised capital of Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC as part of Uzbekistan Airways JSC while retaining its brand.
Presidential Decree "On Additional Measures for Effective Organisation of Aviation Activities" was adopted.
The following is implemented:
100% share of Uzbekistan Airports JSC in the authorised capital of Silk Avia LLC will be transferred to the authorised capital of Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC as part of Uzbekistan Airways JSC while retaining its brand;
3 ATR72-600 aircraft of Uzbekistan Airports JSC will be donated to Silk Avia LLC;
The number of ATR72-600 aircraft will be increased within the framework of the strategy of effective organisation and development of Silk Avia LLC;
Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC, which is part of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, is tasked with increasing the number of local flights, expanding the geography of flights, establishing new routes and developing the fleet of ATR72-600 aircraft.
