The visit of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to Washington was marked by important agreements: the parties confirmed their desire to develop strategic partnership and deepen cooperation in key areas.
Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio as part of his visit to Washington. The talks were held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and confirmed mutual interest in the development of Uzbek-American relations.
The agenda includes deepening political dialogue, expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation, intensifying regional interaction, and joint efforts to ensure security and stability in Central Asia.
Saidov emphasized that Uzbekistan highly values US support for reforms and intends to maintain positive dynamics in relations: "An agreement was reached to continue the high-level dialogue and strengthen practical cooperation within the framework of strategic partnership," the minister wrote on his Telegram channel.
