During a video conference, it was noted that entrepreneurs will be engaged in planting trees and flowers in the designated areas, caring for them, cleaning ditches, street lighting, as well as waste disposal. Thus, entrepreneurs will be involved in the general improvement of the district and will receive corresponding payment.

Additionally, the creation of a new system for regulating landfills and waste processing is planned. Of the 194 existing landfills, those that have exhausted their resources will be closed. 3-4 landfills in each region will be transformed into special eco-industrial zones, where projects for waste processing and incineration will be implemented.

Officials have been tasked with finding investors and starting a project to build at least one waste incineration plant in their territory. Special attention is paid to ensuring that all enterprises and organizations are covered by waste disposal services.

Furthermore, residents will be provided with special rubbish bags free of charge, funded by the Environmental Fund. In turn, residents will sort waste into recyclable, non-recyclable, and organic categories, and then take them to designated centres. Entrepreneurs will purchase recyclable materials from the population.
