Mukhiddin Ibragimov, Deputy Director of Uzbekcosmos, confirmed that the launch is set for October 2028. Negotiations are currently underway with the USA, Russia, and China to secure a flight platform. The mission will last 14 days and focus on experiments in genetics, biology, and medicine.

The candidate requirements are strict: aged 27–40, higher education, proficiency in foreign languages, and specific physical attributes (height 160–190 cm, weight 50–95 kg). The selection process is intended to be a large-scale state program overseen by a special commission, ensuring that the most capable representative of the nation is chosen for orbital research.
