According to the Statistics Agency, in January-February 2024, Uzbekistan was visited by 16,900 foreign citizens for business purposes.
This is an increase of 11,500 people or 3.1 times more than the same period last year.
In the first two months of 2024, citizens from the following countries arrived in Uzbekistan for business purposes:
Turkmenistan – 12,013 people;
Tajikistan – 2,937 people;
Afghanistan – 582 people;
China – 260 people;
Türkiye – 243 people;
India – 167 people;
Republic of Korea – 133 people;
Kyrgyzstan – 101 people;
Iran – 65 people;
USA – 61 people.
