3 Days Off for Constitution Day. December's Holiday Schedule Revealed

Uzbekistan continues to celebrate its official holidays in 2024, marking Constitution Day with an extended break. Those working a five-day week will have the opportunity to enjoy three consecutive days off.
Since December 8, 2024, falls on a Sunday, the president's decree has moved the holiday to December 9, Monday. Therefore, the schedule will be as follows:
December 7, Saturday – Day off for those working a five-day week,
December 8, Sunday – Constitution Day,
December 9, Monday – Day off for everyone.
Additionally, in celebration of the New Year, December 30 and 31, 2024, will be official holidays, falling on Monday and Tuesday. For employees working a six-day week, December 30, Monday, will be an extra day off. Employees working a five-day week will also have December 31, Tuesday, as a general holiday.
The length of the New Year holidays will be confirmed after the president's decree on holidays is passed.
The additional days off for Constitution Day and New Year holidays will provide citizens with a chance for a long break, helping them to welcome the new year with festive joy.
