A new ambassador of Uzbekistan to Indonesia has been appointed

Oybek Eshonov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Indonesia.
As it turned out, Oybek Eshonov headed the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Israel from 2008 to 2017. And before that, Oybek Eshonov held the position of Head of the Department of Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the countries of South Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier, Dilshod Akhatov was also appointed to a new position and became Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Switzerland. The Ambassador presented his credentials to Swiss President Viola Amer on October 25 this year.
