A new trade route between Uzbekistan and China opened

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Association of International Road Carriers of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the relevant ministries and departments of the People's Republic of China have started cargo transportations along a new route. This was reported by the information service of the Ministry of Transport.
Reportedly, the new trade route connects Uzbekistan with the city of Qingdao, located in the eastern part of China and allows for prompt, cost-effective and safe freight transport.
"In order to ensure delivery of cargoes to their owners along this new trade corridor by road transport in a short time on the principle of "door-to-door", the Ministry of Transport provides practical assistance to enterprises in obtaining visas for drivers, providing forms of international permits for transport, prompt resolution of issues arising in the process of passing the customs control of foreign countries," the report said.
