Additional days off in 2024 have been determined

A presidential decree has established additional days off and postponed some weekends in 2024. Uzbeks will have four consecutive days of rest during the New Year celebrations.
The Presidential Decree "On establishing additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and postponing weekends in 2024" has been adopted.
According to the decree, the following additional days off in 2024 are established:
For all employees (regardless of work week type):
22 March - Friday;
11 April - Thursday;
18 June - Tuesday;
3 September - Tuesday;
31 December - Tuesday.
For employees with a six-day work week:
2 January - Tuesday;
23 March - Saturday;
12 April - Friday;
31 August - Saturday;
30 December - Monday.
For employees with a five-day working week:
From 6 January (Saturday) to 2 January (Tuesday);
from 13 April (Saturday) to 12 April (Friday);
from 14 December (Saturday) to 30 December (Monday).
According to the decree, the following additional days off in 2024 are established:

from 14 December (Saturday) to 30 December (Monday).
