The agreement was signed by Chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan Sattor Mohbaliyev, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satibaldi Dauletalin, President of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Turkey "Türk-İş" Yergun Atalay, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Makhmadaliev. Kyrgyzstan, on the other hand, acts as an observer in the organization.

The main goal of the new structure is the consolidation of measures aimed at protecting the social, labor, professional and economic rights and interests of workers.

Sattor Mokhbaliyev believes that the creation of a trade union will create a solid foundation for the unification of the Turkish states.
Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satibaldi Dauletalin emphasized that the goals and interests of the Turkic peoples are the same.

"We, representatives of the fraternal Turkic peoples, are united by common historical roots, common culture and traditions, common goals and common interests. I would especially like to note that the Turkic states have not only common interests, but also a long history. Over the past thirty years, cooperation between Turkic-speaking countries has been successful developed and improved this mechanism from an intergovernmental organization (Turkic Council) to a regional international organization (TIM),” he said.

Satibaldi Dauletalin noted that as one of the main directions of further cooperation, the promotion of advanced trade union practices, the exchange of experience will change the position of Turkish states in the labor market.
