At the fencing tournament in Kazakhstan, our athletes took first place

The competition was held among teenagers born in 2004 and younger.
Recently, Kazakhstan hosted an open fencing tournament in memory of honoured coach Olga Felinskaya.
Our sportsmen won a number of victories in both individual and team competitions and raised the flag of Uzbekistan once again.
In particular, our foil fencer Azamat Mukhamedov became the absolute champion of the tournament, defeating his Kazakh rival Nurumov Emir with the score 15:10.
In the team event, our foil fencers A. Mukhamedov, S. Rakhmonov, R. Salak and S. Pulatov defeated Kazakhstan 45:39 in the final and won the gold medal.
Uzbekistan took first place in the team championship, while Kazakhstan's teams took second and third places.
