The negotiations were attended by the general director of the Russian "Tatneft" Nail Maganov, the chairman of the board of "KazMunayGas" Askhat Khasenov and the head of "Uzbekneftegaz" Bakhodirjon Sidikov. The President of Azerbaijan noted that strong partnership ties have already been established between the countries, however, now it is about the qualitative expansion of cooperation.
The parties discussed the creation of a unified mechanism for interaction, which includes:
Joint production and sale of products to friendly countries,
Optimization of processes in the field of digital technologies and software,
Organization of joint procurement,
Liquidation of emergencies and creation of rapid response teams.
The cooperation format is open to new participants, which can strengthen the alliance's influence on the energy market. Aliyev emphasized that coordinating the actions of major players will lead to more effective development of the region's oil and gas industry and strengthening economic ties between the states.
