Banks aim to allocate an additional 10 trillion soums for these purposes. The Mortgage Company will also allocate 2.3 trillion soums for these goals.

Officials were tasked with providing mortgage loans for at least 70,000 households by 2025. Of these, 30,000 will receive subsidies from the budget for the initial down payment, aimed at supporting low-income families.

Additionally, to further reduce the shadow economy, proposals were instructed to be developed to return part of the funds paid by citizens who purchase new housing in the form of cashback.
